The Cité Library invites participants to share their favorite books, films, and video games at the Midi Gong sessions. Once a month on a Thursday, each participant has a few minutes to present their top finds before the gong sounds, prompting the next participant to take over. Those who prefer not to present are welcome to simply come and listen.

Every Saturday, Samedis Jazz brings the Maison des Arts du Grütli to life with live jazz performances at the Café Restaurant du Grütli. It’s an inviting weekly rendezvous where music lovers can unwind, enjoy great food, and let the smooth sounds set the tone for the weekend.
N.B. Exceptionally, during the second weekend of April, the jazz concert will take place on Sunday 13 April, instead of Saturday, as part of the Fête de la Terrasse.
The Forum Meyrin is hosting American artist Rachel Marks for a residency where her studio becomes a dynamic exhibition and interactive space. Together with the audience, she breathes new life into abandoned books and papers. Central to her work is the tree, a symbol that delves into the relationship between humans and their environment.
A drawing and printing workshop at the Bibliothèque de la Cité invites participants to create their own animal carnival, which they sketch onto polypropylene plates and transform into a handcrafted short comic strip.

Experience “Into The Whirl” for the first time in Geneva, a contemporary spinning dance workshop inspired by the dervishes. Combining elements of dance, meditation, and release, this session will be led by an expert trained in Turkey. Open to everyone, this unique experience promises a harmonious transformation of body and mind. Join us at the Maison des Arts du Grütli, with the opportunity to borrow Sufi skirts for a fully immersive experience.
Join our literary tour of the “La Genevoise” exhibit, accompanied by our special guests. Linguist Mathieu Avanzi will delve into unique Geneva lexical features, while authors Pierre-Louis Chantre and Yan Schubert will discuss Albert Cohen’s relationship with Geneva, a city where he lived for over thirty years.
