After two sold-out performances in Switzerland in 2024, the unique comedian returns to the stage in Geneva for a special show at BFM. Known for her punk presenting style and as a chronicler on France Inter, Doully masters the art of stand-up by sharing her incredible and humorous life story—from former junkie to go-go dancer, bartender, toilet attendant, porn voice-over artist, fashion designer, and French teacher in Spain. Co-written with Blanche Gardin and Paco Perez, this performance promises sharp wit and laughter, with no intermission.

VIVA is a performing arts festival in Geneva specifically designed for young people aged 12 to 20. Hosted at venues including the Comédie de Genève, the Théâtre Am Stram Gram, and the Pavillon ADC, the festival is a collaborative effort by various Geneva-based institutions. It offers a range of free performances from dance, theater, and music, while also providing youth with the chance to explore the behind-the-scenes world of artistic professions.

One of the featured events, SYNEINAI, brings together two classes around dance to promote connection and artistic expression among participants.

Prima Facie challenges the very foundations of the judicial system, which playwright and former criminal lawyer Suzie Miller describes as having a “pitifully low” conviction rate for sexual assault cases. How much space does this system truly allow for hearing and believing the voices of survivors?

Young actress Anna Budde takes on this searing text, which has earned its Australian author numerous awards.

The Conservatoire de Musique de Genève opens its doors to the public for a unique exploration of music and theater. This immersive event invites visitors of all ages to discover the richness of musical education through concerts, performances, instrument demonstrations, and interactive workshops. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned music enthusiast, the Open House Marathon offers a chance to experience the dynamic world of the Conservatory, meet passionate musicians, and take part in engaging activities.

Registrations for the Conservatoire courses are open over the weekend: You can register directly on the 1st floor, across from the stairs, in the director’s office, on Saturday 5 April from 9:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 6 April from 10:00 to 15:00.

4 – 13 April

Founded in 1992 in Geneva, Archipel is a key festival for musical creation and sound art. Over ten days, it presents concerts, performances, installations, and discussions, showcasing both emerging and renowned artists. More than just a festival, Archipel is a space for dialogue where music becomes a political act and an exploration of the unknown. With carefully designed spaces and a unique listening salon, it offers a sensory immersion that celebrates sonic diversity and innovation.
