The stained glass collections of the Musée Ariana are coming out of storage! When the museum was bequeathed to the City of Geneva in 1890, Gustave Revilliod had acquired 118 stained glass pieces. Today, the museum boasts over 400 pieces, spanning from the 12th to the 21st century. The fifth installment of the “The Ariana Unveils Its Reserves” series showcases an exceptional selection of this heritage.
Scottish artist Karla Black presents her first solo exhibition at Galerie Mezzanin, exploring the tension between material experience and self-perception. Comics and taxidermied animals take center stage in the “Dialogues Insolites” exhibition at the Multi, located on the ground floor of the Cité Library, from October 12 to June 21, 2025. Students from the School of Comics and Illustration have created 15 comic stories featuring animals, while the Natural History Museum has lent local and regional specimens, including the dodo from Mauritius.
